About 80% of the food eaten at the farm table is grown at the farm. Every year we add new species or varieties and processes — from Kenya gourd to Basmati rice to Lotus to Khwaas to Groundnut oil.
Our Kitchen and Value-Added Processing (VAP) staff cook and make the most delicious meals and condiments, pickles, dairy products etc; served fresh and with the inherent Anantgram love.
Though the best taste and feeling is eating right out of the plant, ideally during a constitutional walk amidst surround sound birdsong: fruits right off the tree, salads during a morning walk. Greatest taste, prana max, zero waste.
Come see the experimental Apple tree growing in the microclimate of the Quick Fruits Forest of semi-arid tropical Anantgram, while chewing on hand-picked fresh green lotus kernels and sugarcane.
A sample of what awaits — walks, seasonal encounters, and hands-on moments shaped by the land's own rhythm.
Ad-hoc: Jaggery making, rice plantation, tree planting, and more.
Rooted in practice, not just theory. Every program draws from decades of lived regenerative experience.
Some programs run on fixed dates; others are offered for groups by request.
A few things to help you arrive prepared and feel at ease.
We follow nature's cues. Heavy rain, strong winds, or changing water levels may affect certain experiences.
Share any mobility, health, sensory, or food-related needs. We'll do our best to support. We may follow up with a couple of questions so we can plan well.
For transparency and safety, all guests are asked to read and sign our liability waiver.
Some adventures require a minimum age to ensure everyone's safety.
If your plans shift, reach out at least 48 hours beforehand. We'll help you reschedule or cancel with ease.
